Terms and conditions
Njálla Clothing Oy FI29311398 (online shop) sells products to private persons in Finland and abroad. We reserve all rights to change the terms and conditions, and the prices. All prices include the VAT. Njálla Clothing Oy is responsible of the www.njallaclothing.com online store and it is entirely owned by Njálla Clothing Oy (y-ID 2931139-8, VAT: FI29311398).

All prices include the VAT. Orders are collected from the online shop selection by adding the products to the shopping basket. The order is confirmed by using the check-out functionality in the online shop to pay for the purchase. By confirming an order, customer accepts these terms and conditions, product pricing and shipping costs. An e-mail confirmation will be delivered in case an e-mail address is provided by the time of confirming the order. The e-mail confirmation lists the products ordered and the price breakdown. By making an order customer agrees to receive e-mails concerning order and delivery from Njálla Clothing online store. Once the order is payed and confirmed it will be handled by Njálla Clothing online store staff.
Njálla Clothing online store reserves all the rights to cancel order(s) of a clear pricing errors occurred in the online store. In this context a clear pricing error means an error when the price differs significantly from the original price and can be overviewed with in a common sense.
Bambora PayForm (Paybyway Oy, business-id FI24865594) is the payment facilitator of the online shop. The Paybyway Oy is a payment facilitator authorized by the Financial Supervisory Authority of Finland. The payment process is conducted in the online service of the Bambora. Bambora or Paybyway Oy is shown as the payment received in the bank account listing and in the invoice. Paying with Bambora is safe. All information is exchanged through secured connections.
The trade happens between the online customer and the online shop. The online shop is responsible for all obligations related to the trade.

With Bambora PayForm you can pay your order by an internet banking account, a wallet, a payment card (credit/debit), an invoice or a partial payment. MobilePay: You can pay with your MobilePay wallet if you have allowed online payments in the settings of the MobilePay application. Payment via MobilePay takes place directly from the payment card linked to MobilePay. If charging the payment from the linked card fails, MobilePay can not be used in the online shop.

Jousto: With Jousto invoice and part-payment you can pay in over 4000 online shop in Finland. With Jousto invoice, you get 14 days payment time (invoice fee 4,90 eur). Mash Finance Oyj (2159120-9) is a Finnish financing institution operating since 2007. Mash Finance Oyj reserves a right to review the credibility and the address information of consumers using Mash invoice or part-payment. The consumer is also requested the provide the personal id number. The credit is approved or declined based on this review.

Customer is responsible of the given information concerning contact information (address, name etc.) and basket information (selected products, number of selected products etc.) of the purchase. If there will be changes from the customer concerning the purchase, for example shipping address, and it will cause extra costs (for example due to re-shipping or other) for Njálla Clothing online store, customer is charged and responsible to pay all the extra costs formed to Njálla Clothing online store. In problem situations please contact Njálla Clothing online store via e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org and in all the questions concerning delivery contact Finnish Post Office.
Purchases are usually delivered as a letter delivery. If the purchase oversizes the letter delivery terms it will be delivered to your local (nearest) Post Office. You will be notified of this from the Finnish Post office. Njálla Clothing online store reserves the rights to deliver letter delivery as a postal package if the size of the purchase so requires. Customers will not receive a tracking code/number of the letter deliveries. If the delivery is sent via postal package (the size of the purchase requires it) and the customer does not redeem the delivery in a deadline required by the Finnish Postal Office and the package is returned to Njálla Clothing online store, customer is responsible to pay all the costs formed to Njálla Clothing online store.
Orders are being shipped during working days via Finnish Post Office. Products from the stock are usually delivered within 3-5 workdays (domestic orders). Delivery for products that are not in stock usually takes 1-6 weeks.
Please note that customer is responsible for costs according to our returning policy. Please read more from Returns and exchanges of our returning policy.
Please note that on some occasions the shipment may delay due to national holidays or the product might be out of stock. If the delivery for some product is delayed more than 5 working days customers will be noted via e-mail. The product(s) out of stock will be redeemed or delivered later as post-delivery according to customer wishes. Njálla Clothing online store is not responsible for delays not related to the online store.
Please inform us without a delay – at least within 14 days – in case of a lost or damaged product in shipping. The logistics company must be also informed by customer regarding any products damaged in shipping.
Returns and exchanges
The customer has a right to change or return regularly priced ordered products during 14 days of receiving the order. The customer has a right to change or return all or part of the products in the order. The changed and returned products must be unused, unworn, clean and in the original and unharmed packaging. The product must have the labels and tags attached. If you wish to change or return products please attach following information: your name, contact details (address, e-mail, phone number), copy of the order confirmation (submitted via e-mail) and your bank account number for receiving the refund. For exchanges and returns please allow us 1-3 days to process your exchange or return after we have received it. Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for returns. Customers are not charged of extra costs for return shipping for one *exchange per order. One order can be exchanged to one other product(s) on Njálla Clothing online store expenses. If the customer wishes to exchange the same order more than once then customer will be charged of all the extra costs.
*Exchange in Njálla Clothing online store comprise an exchange of the same product (same design) for a different size.
Defect liability and reclamation
The online shop is liable for defects in the sold products according to the applicable law. Please contact the customer support, firstname.lastname@example.org, of the online shop immediately or the latest of 7 days when the shipping is received in a case of reclamation (for example incorrect order, manufacturing error etc.). The team njálla will help resolve your issue as fast as possible. Please note that defective product must be handled by the customer as mentioned above in the Returns and exchanges.
