Its Code of Labour Practices sets eight standards based on International Labour Organization conventions and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights \u2014 covering things like payment of a living wage, safe and healthy working conditions, reasonable working hours, and the right to organize and bargain collectively.<\/p>\n<h2>How it actually verifies compliance<\/h2>\n<p>Membership isn&#8217;t a one-time badge.
